Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 October 2026. These terms govern animated video services provided by the Project Six studio (the Studio) to you (the Customer).

1. Service

The Studio creates a personalized animated film from photos and a description supplied by the Customer, in the selected package (Moment, Story or Film).

2. Process

  1. The Customer submits a request on the website or via WhatsApp and sends the materials.
  2. The Studio prepares character images and a script for approval.
  3. After approval, the Customer pays a 50% deposit.
  4. The Studio produces the film within the timeframe stated on the website and sends it for review.
  5. The Customer pays the remaining 50% and receives the final files without a watermark.

3. Revisions

Moment includes no revisions, Story includes 1, Film includes 2. A revision is a change to an approved scene (line, detail, music). Rewriting an approved script is charged separately.

4. Price and payment

Prices are listed on project6.kz and may be adjusted to the scope of the order before work starts. Payment is accepted by bank card. Rush delivery (24 hours): +20%.

5. Refunds

Nothing is payable before the characters and script are approved. If the Customer cancels after paying the deposit but before animation starts, the deposit is refunded minus actual costs incurred, up to 30% of the deposit. Once the finished film has been sent for review, the animation work is considered delivered.

6. Rights

The Customer receives a perpetual right to personal, non-commercial use of the film: screening at events, posting on personal social media, sharing with family. The Studio may use the film in its portfolio only with the Customer's written consent.

7. Customer responsibility

The Customer confirms that they have the consent of every person whose photos are provided.
